BagLui is an online retail store offering bags, accessories, and related products for sale to customers primarily in the United States. 4. Pricing & Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices for our products at any time and to correct pricing errors that may occur.

We currently ship products within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date your order is shipped, depending on your location and other factors outside our control.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including order processing time, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address you provided, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Risk of Loss: All purchases are made FOB shipping point, meaning that title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once your order has been delivered to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly if you experience shipping issues.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Important: There is no statutory "cooling-off period" or automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases under United States federal law.
